This policy applies to proworks.tech, its contact forms, and the free website diagnostic.

• Contact details and message content you submit, including your name, email, company, budget range, referral source, and project description.
• For the website diagnostic: the public website address you request to scan, its publicly available page content, and—only when you request the emailed report—your name and email address.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as page views, device or browser information, referrer, approximate location, and interaction events.
• Security and server logs needed to operate, diagnose, and protect the website.

• To answer inquiries, prepare a requested proposal, and continue a business conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and Proworks’ legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
• To run and deliver the diagnostic you request. The application fetches the public page during the request; it does not create a stored copy of the scanned website.
• To understand and improve website performance. Google Analytics is activated only after consent. You can refuse or withdraw that consent at any time.
• To prevent abuse and maintain service security, based on the legitimate interest of protecting the website and its users.
• To meet applicable legal or accounting obligations when required by law.

Proworks does not sell personal data or use inquiry details to create a marketing subscription.

• Vercel provides hosting, delivery, security tooling, and privacy-oriented web analytics.
• Resend delivers contact and diagnostic emails.
• Google provides Google Analytics after you accept analytics cookies.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Inquiry and diagnostic-report emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active contract, legal claim, or statutory obligation.

Analytics and infrastructure data follow the retention settings of the relevant provider. The diagnostic result shown in the browser is held in the current page session and is not stored by the application as a customer account.

Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to dan@proworks.tech.
